BLAKE BORTLES FOUNDATION CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT SET FOR JUNE 24-25

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jaguars QB Blake Bortles, in conjunction with the Blake Bortles Foundation, will host the third annual Blake Bortles Foundation Charity Golf Tournament on June 24 and 25 at the World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Fla.
The festivities kick off with a concert on Sunday, June 24 at the World Golf Village Renaissance St. Augustine Resort (500 S. Legacy Trail) at 5 p.m., featuring Maggie Rose, Seth Ennis and special guests, in addition to a live and silent auction and variety of local food options.
On Monday, June 25, Bortles, Jaguars teammates and personnel, in addition to local celebrities, will compete in a golf tournament at King & Bear Golf Course (1 King and Bear Drive) at the World Golf Village at 10 a.m.
Both events serve as the main fundraising platform for the Blake Bortles Foundation, which supports two areas of need in the Jacksonville and Oviedo, Fla. communities: children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and first responders. Money raised at previous charity golf tournaments has allowed him to engage in numerous philanthropic initiatives during this offseason, including providing lunches to first responders, funding scholarships at the Arc Jacksonville Village, hosting two free youth football camps and donating time and money to the Best Buddies Friendship Walk in Jacksonville Beach.
